We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how the Site collects information from all end users of our Internet services ("Services"), including those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts ("Visitors"), as well as those who may purchase products and/or pay a monthly fee to subscribe to our Services ("Members"). This Privacy Policy also describes what we do with the information we collect, and the choices that Visitors and Members have concerning the collection and use of such information. We request that you read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this posting. Since any changes will be posted on this page, we encourage you to check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Personal Information We Collect and How It Is Used:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that is collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We do not send out marketing e-mails to customers unless they have registered to receive such material, purchased from us, or downloaded one of our free or paid products.

We may collect personally identifiable information from you such as your name, postal address, telephone number, fax number and email address ("Personally Identifiable Information"). We will collect Personally Identifiable Information from you when you actively give us the information, such as when you order or purchase products or Services, register to receive materials, such as a newsletter, or otherwise communicate with the Site.
Generally, this information is requested when you are either downloading free products, when you purchase any of my products (eBooks, software etc.), or when you subscribe to my newsletters. I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

Online Shopping:

At some Web sites described within our Site, you can purchase products and services or register to receive materials, such as a newsletter. You can decide whether or not to use these sites or services at your own discretion.

Order Confirmation:

If you order Services or products directly from us, we may share the Personally Identifiable Information you provide on our confirmation page with a select group of third party marketing partners that offer similar products/services you may be interested in. We only work with marketing partners that contractually agree to offer you the ability to opt-out of receiving future offers, and contractually agree not to share your information with others. Our third party marketing partners are separate from the Site and we are not responsible for their content or offers. If you do not wish your information to be shared with our marketing partners, please do not order our products, or contact us at the address below.

What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a Web site, that site's computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each Web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a Web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites. Browsers are usually set to accept cookies. However, if you would prefer not to receive cookies, you may alter the configuration of your browser to refuse cookies. If you choose to have your browser refuse cookies, it is possible that some areas of our site will not function as effectively when viewed by the users. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive or pass on computer viruses.

How Do We Use Information We Collect from Cookies?

As you visit and browse our Web site, the site uses cookies to differentiate you from other users. In some cases, we also use cookies to prevent you from having to log in more than is necessary for security. Cookies, in conjunction with our Web server's log files, allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Web site and which parts of the site are most popular. This helps us gather feedback to constantly improve our Web site and better serve our clients. Cookies do not allow us to gather any personal information about you and we do not intentionally store any personal information that your browser provided to us in your cookies.

IP Addresses:

IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of demographic and profile data known as traffic data so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you.

Responses to Email Inquiries:

When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to us, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. We do not use the return email address for any other purpose and do not share the return email address with any third party. We may retain these emails for our records, only for use as a reference.

Newsletters:

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your email address to send the newsletter to you. We require that you "Double Opt-in" in order to receive our newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may share the Personally Identifiable Information you provide with a select group of third party marketing partners that offer similar products/services you may be interested in.

Choice/Opt-out:

We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of receiving our newsletter, in which case your email address is permanently removed from our database, but please note that we cannot prohibit third parties from maintaining your information once we have shared your information with them in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you may opt-out of receiving it by following the instructions included in each newsletter.

Surveys & Contests:

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. *If you do not want to receive this information, email us at privacy@nikkiblassingame.com. Email messages will also provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information. Please note that changes to your preferences may not be effective immediately.

Testimonials:

If you submit a testimonial, you should be aware that any Personally Identifiable Information you submit, such as your name, Web site, city and/or country of residence may be displayed on our Site, where it could potentially be used by third parties to contact you, or send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the Personally Identifiable Information you choose to submit in a testimonial.

"Non-personally Identifiable Information" and How We Use It:

We may collect non-personally identifiable information such as your Web Site browsing patterns, IP address and demographic information, such as your zip code and income level ("Non-personally Identifiable Information"). We use this Non-personally Identifiable Information to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the products and services we provide and to manage our telecommunications networks. We may also share Non-personally Identifiable Information in the aggregate form with third parties to illustrate trends and patterns. We collect Non-personally Identifiable Information from you by "passive" means, often through the use of cookies. In addition, on occasion, the Site may also set a "session cookie" to help us administer the Site. A session cookie expires when you close your browser and does not retain any information about you after it expires.

If you are a Visitor or Member we may use a cookie to save your settings and to provide customizable and personalized services. These cookies do not enable third parties to access any of your customer information. Additionally, be aware that if you visit other Web sites where you are prompted to log in or that are customizable, you may be required to accept cookies. Advertisers and marketing partners may also use their own cookies. We do not control use of these cookies and expressly disclaim responsibility for information collected through them.

Legal:

If Company is sold to, or merges with, another company, or declares bankruptcy, some or all of the information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of the transfer of assets. We reserve the right to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site, or to protect our company and our Members.

The Site may contain links to other sites, including, among others, those of advertisers, other third parties and companies whose trademarks may appear on the Site. We are not responsible for the information collection practices or the content of the sites to which we link.
